Hyundai Auto Canada is giving buyers of two of its three-row vehicles another styling choice.

The company has introduced the Night Package for the Palisade and Ioniq 9 for the 2027 model year.

The package gives both vehicles a black exterior and black interior for a distinct and stealthy look.

“Canadian customers continue to seek vehicles that not only meet their practical needs, but also reflect their personal style,” said Fabio Cappella, director of product and corporate strategy at Hyundai Auto Canada Corp., in a news release. “The new Night Package brings a more premium and bold design expression to both the Palisade and Ioniq 9, delivering a distinctive look that stands out while maintaining the comfort, technology and capability they expect from Hyundai.”

The Palisade, the automaker’s flagship SUV which is available with ICE or hybrid powertrains, picks up the available package on the top-of-the-line Ultimate Calligraphy trim.

The package is available in three exterior colours, Abyss Black, Creamy White or Ecotronic Grey, and gives the SUV 21-inch black alloy wheels, black roof rails, darkened chrome grille and exterior trim accents, as well as black Hyundai emblems.

On the Inside, the Night Package gives the SUV black Nappa leather and black interior finishes.

The Ioniq 9 is the company’s largest electric vehicle.

The Night Package is available on the Ultimate Calligraphy AWD+ trim and is offered in a single and exclusive colour, Abyss Black.

The exterior also picks up blacked-out design elements, including unique 21-inch black-finish alloy wheels, blacked-out Hyundai badging, black roof rails, black window moldings, black-finish exterior door handles, and dark chrome accents, including a black chrome front skid plate and rear garnish.

On the inside, the EV gets black seats, black steering wheel, and black aluminum trim and finishes.

The 2027 Palisade and Ioniq 9 will be available in Canada in the fall of 2026. Pricing will be announced later.
