There’s no question Aston Martin is an aspirational brand.
Every vehicle the company sells is a meticulously crafted work of art that combines power, elegance and prestige.
And every car the company has sold until recently has had an engine sitting in front of the driver. But that has since changed.
Back at the end of 2024, the British marque unveiled its first-ever mid-engine supercar, the Valhalla, which is limited to just 999 cars worldwide.
Production commenced in 2025 and customer deliveries have been happening for some time now.
A number of those customer deliveries have been right here in Canada, mostly through high-end automotive retailer Grand Touring Automobiles.
Aston Martin Toronto, a division of Grand Touring Automobiles, reported its first Valhalla delivery back on Feb. 9.
The car that was delivered then sports a black on grey exterior with a red on black interior.
Another Valhalla went to Bilal Hydrie, whom this blog reported back in July bought the final production Koenigsegg Jesko Attack.
Around the time he took delivery of the Koenigsegg, he also took delivery of Aston Martin Valhalla. Both cars were delivered by Grand Touring Automobiles.
Then on Aug. 28, Grand Touring Automobiles said it delivered another Valhalla, this one sporting a China Grey exterior and Spicy Red interior.
Then, a day later, the team at Lamborghini Uptown Toronto, also a division of Grand Touring Automobiles, announced it delivered an Iridescent Emerald-coloured Valhalla to a repeat customer of theirs.
The above are a few examples of Aston Martin’s limited-run Valhalla that have appeared on Canadian social media channels.
About the Aston Martin Valhalla
The Valhalla is Aston Martin’s first production-series mid-engine car and also the company’s first-ever production car with a plug-in hybrid powertrain.
The powertrain pairs a flat plane crank 4-litre twin-turbo V8 engine producing 817 hp with three electric motors that produce 248 hp. Combined, the system produces 1,064 hp and 811 lb.-ft. of torque.
The top speed is electronically limited at 350 km/h (217 mph) and zero to 100 km/h is said to arrive in 2.5 seconds.
Thanks to active aerodynamics, the Valhalla produces more than 600 kilograms of downforce between 240 km/h and 350 km/h.
