Cadillac’s flagship electric SUV will have a new exclusive, low-volume customization option for buyers who truly want to make their vehicle their own.

The automaker announced the Curated by Cadillac Escalade IQ, an option giving buyers a concierge-led experience to customize their vehicle.

“Curated by Cadillac Escalade IQ gives clients the chance to create a vehicle that reflects their individual taste by working alongside expert Cadillac designers,” said Kristian Aquilina, vice president, Global Cadillac, in a news release. “We’re extending the hand-built Celestiq experience to deliver true customization capabilities for a select number of Escalade IQ clients.”

The customization program is launching for the 2027 model year and will be available to customers in Canada and the United States.

Each of the Curated by Cadillac Escalade IQ vehicles will be hand-built at General Motors’ Artisan Center in Warren, Michigan, and deliveries are expected to begin in the second half of 2027.

The Curated by Cadillac experience isn’t cheap. The Canadian price wasn’t provided, but in the U.S., the package costs $54,995, on top of the vehicle’s already hefty price.

Millions of combinations available

Cadillac said the experience offers millions of design combinations.

This includes more than 160 exterior colours and finishes, including solid, metallic, tri-coat, frost and matte colours, and up to 44 colours that can customize interior elements such as the seats, centre console and floor mats.

Each vehicle will be hand-painted and include an exclusive serialized builder’s badge.
