Nissan is expanding the availability of its Rock Creek models by introducing the trim on the Kicks subcompact SUV.
The Nissan Kicks Rock Creek is launching for the 2027 model year. The automaker’s Rogue compact SUV and Pathfinder midsize SUV also offer this off-road treatment.
“The 2027 Kicks Rock Creek is for drivers who want more adventure from their daily drive, with trail-ready styling and added confidence when the road ends,” said Marco Fioravanti, vice president, product planning, Nissan U.S. and Canada, in a news release.
The new Rock Creek grade slots in just below the top-of-the-line model with the Kicks lineup now including S, SV, Rock Creek and SR grades.

What is the Nissan Kicks Rock Creek?
The Rock Creek treatment gives the Kicks more rugged looks plus a few off-road elements to help you leave the pavement behind.
The SUV comes standard with all-wheel drive and rides on unique 17-inch wheels.
It also gets a Rock Creek-exclusive upper grille, gloss black exterior trim, gloss-black mirrors, amber daytime running lights and accent lighting, and gloss-black front and rear lower fascias.
The roof rails and cross bars can carry up to 165 pounds of stuff.
On the inside, the vehicle gets Rock Creek-specific TailorFit-appointed seating with accent stitching, Rock Creek-branded floor mats and a TailorFit-wrapped heated steering wheel.
Other additions include interior ambient lighting, rear automatic braking and HD Intelligent Around View Monitor with Moving Object Detection.

Off-Road driving mode
An Off-Road driving mode allows the vehicle’s wheels to slip to help drivers maintain momentum over slippery terrain.
The Rock Creek model also has Hill Descent Control, improving downhill traction on loose terrain.

Canadian availability
The 2027 Kicks will be available at Canadian Nissan dealerships later this summer.
The automaker did not provide pricing. For updates, visit the Nissan Canada website.
