
If you’re planning to be in Montreal for the city’s Formula 1 festivities in May, you could also check out a local mall for some exotic automotive fun.
Royalmount in the Mont-Royal area will be hosting its second Concours Royalmount in the lead up to the Montreal Grand Prix.
The open-to-all public display of rarely seen supercars and hypercars will be held at the mall from May 14 to 24.
This year’s Concours Royalmount will feature a curated selection of 20 cars from private collections, including from the collections of Automobiles Etcetera, Luc Poirier and others.
Along with displays of rare vehicles, there will be other installations, family friendly programming, collaborations with luxury brands and more.

Other activities
The Junior Race Circuit will happen May 16 to 18. This activity invites children aged eight and under to experience Formula 1-inspired mini racetracks. They’ll get to drive around electric, luxury-inspired miniature vehicles.
The F1 Race Simulator, presented by Tudor, will happen May 14 to 18. This allows participants to experience racing in the Tudor F1 Simulator, said to offer precision and realism.
The Mercedes-AMG F1 W17 E Performance Replica, presented by IWC Schaffhausen, takes place May 21 to 24. An official Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 Team replica car will be on display in Royalmount’s luxury row.
There will also be a Cars & Coffee closing event on Saturday, May 23 at the Royalmount Annex. This is a community-driven gathering, featuring a diverse lineup of classic and performance vehicles.
The mall will also sell official merchandise from May 8 to 24.

Visitors will be able to vote on their favourite vehicles in the curated showcase via the Royalmount App with chances to win daily prizes.
