Jeep has been celebrating its 85th anniversary in 2026 by launching a special edition each month of its original vehicle, the Wrangler.

And now the automaker has invited other models into the brand’s birthday party.

Jeep unveiled 85th-anniversary special editions versions of the Gladiator, Cherokee, Grand Cherokee, Grand Wagoneer and Compass.

“Jeep brand was purpose-built to do more than move people; it was built for duty before it was built for the adventures our customers experience every day, designed to go anywhere and do anything, without compromise,” Jeep CEO Bob Broderdorf said in a news release.

“We’ve listened to our customers for 85 years, and that feedback has guided Jeep since the 1941 Willys, the vehicle that set the standard for every Jeep that came after it.”

These special-edition vehicles are separated from regular models by riding on unique Steel Oxide wheels, plus bearing special badging in Agave Blue colour.

On the interior, the 85th-anniversary models get unique elements, including Mayan Gold thread accents and seat tags finished in Blue Agave and Mayan Gold colours.

More special Wranglers to come

Jeep has already unveiled four special-edition Wrangler models as part of the anniversary’s Twelve 4 Twelve campaign.

These models are being released on a monthly bases, so we should see another eight revealed through the remainder of 2026.
