Tim Hortons is bringing back its popular Roll Up To Win promotion, now in its 40th year.

The 2026 promotion will include physical roll-up cups, while supplies last, as well as digital rolls on the Tims app.

This year’s promotion runs Feb. 23 to March 22.

What are the prizes?

Tim Hortons said there are more than 30 million prizes to be won this year.

Prizes include vouchers for free coffee and doughnuts and as well as more expensive but rarer prizes such as vacations and VIP experiences, electronics, gift cards and cash.

And, of course, as in years past, customers have a chance to win a vehicle.

The 2026 Roll Up To Win promotion features seven 2025 Volkswagen ID. Buzz all-electric vehicles.

This includes four available roll-up cup prizes and three app prizes of the ID. Buzz.

The particular model that’s available to be won is an ID. Buzz model with a prize value of $87,628, according to the contest’s fine print.

The ID. Buzz 1st Edition 4MOTION model is a six-seat, three-row retro-style all-electric minivan. The second row features captain’s chairs.

It is powered by a dual-motor all-wheel-drive powertrain producing 335 hp and has an estimated driving range of 372 kilometres.

You can read more about it on VW’s Canadian website.

How Roll Up To Win is played?

Customers earn digital rolls for each eligible purchase of a select hot or cold beverage, breakfast sandwich or wrap, or lunch or dinner food item.

Tims Rewards members get an extra digital roll if they bring their own reusable cup and purchase an eligible hot or cold drink, as well as if they make a purchase through the app.

There are also extra digital rolls available for Tims Rewards members who purchase Tims at Home products and Tims retail merchandises.

Digital rolls are done on the Tims app. You’ll need to register an account to participate.

Cups, while supplies last, will also contain physical rolls, with prizes revealed under the rim.
