The Mazda CX-30 is entering 2026 with no starting price increase and two new higher-end trims to choose from.
The starting Canadian manufacturer’s suggested retail price for the 2026 CX-30 is $29,300. That’s the starting price on the base GX model with the entry level Skyactiv-G 2.5-litre four-cylinder engine, which produces 186 hp and 186 lb.-ft. of torque on regular 87 octane fuel.
Mazda’s smallest SUV is also available with Skyactiv-G 2.5 Turbo engine, which produces 250 hp and 320 lb.-ft. of torque on premium fuel or 227 hp and 310 lb.-ft. of torque on regular fuel.
Joining the CX-30 lineup for 2026 are a pair of Kuro Edition trims.
There’s the GS Kuro Edition, which is available with the naturally aspirated engine, and there’s also the GT Turbo Kuro Edition, which has the turbocharged engine.

What’s the Kuro Edition?
The GS Kuro Edition is a mid-range model. It builds on the GS trim but adds exclusive features.
On the outside, unique features include black roof rails, black-painted signature wings, gloss black Mazda emblems and 18-inch gloss black alloy wheels. The exterior mirrors also feature reverse tilt-down and memory-linked positioning, useful for parking in tight spaces.
The interior gets grey suede-like trims, light-grey stitching, and white leatherette seats accented by grey cloth inserts.
Convenience features include a power glass moonroof, 10-way power driver’s seat with lumbar support, two-position memory settings, auto-dimming rear-view mirror and advanced keyless entry.
The GS Kuro also gets cruise and traffic support, an upgrade over the regular GS.
The GT Kuro Turbo is the new top-of-the-line trim for the CX-30. It gets the same design features as the GS Kuro but with the more powerful engine as well as features that are included in the GT.
The GT Kuro Edition gets exclusive white leatherette seats with grey Leganu inserts, light grey stitching, and Grey Leganu trim, which contrast against dark exterior accents.
There’s also a 12-speaker Bose premium audio system, SiriusXM Satellite Radio, Mazda Online Navigation, and Amazon Alexa integration.
Exterior elements include 18-inch black alloy wheels, Jet Black mirrors, black signature wings, and gloss black emblems throughout.
