Porsche has introduced a GTS version of its Macan electric SUV.
The company describes the new Macan GTS as a particularly sporty and driver-focused version of the all-electric SUV. This is also the first time Porsche has created a GTS version of the electric Macan.
The GTS has dual-motor all-wheel drive with a combined output of 563 hp (420 kW), when overboost is activated.
Most of that power is sent to the rear wheels as the GTS has the Macan’s most powerful rear-axle motor, which has a maximum output of 510 hp (380 kW).
With Launch Control and overboost power activated, the EV has 704 lb.-ft. (955 Nm) of torque.
Macan Electric hierarchy
Let’s compare the power figures to the other Macan Electric models.
The base Macan Electric has 355 hp, the Macan 4 Electric has 402 hp, the Macan 4S Electric has 509 hp and the Macan Turbo Electric has 630 hp.
That puts the GTS one rung below the Turbo and above the rest.

Performance figures
Porsche said the GTS will accelerate from zero to 100 km/h in 3.8 seconds and to 200 km/h in 13.3 seconds.
The GTS has a top speed limited to 250 km/h.
Range and charging
The GTS has a 100-kWh capacity high-voltage battery.
Porsche provided an estimated driving range of 586 kilometres, but that’s by WLTP standards observed in Europe. North American testing standards are a bit tougher, so the range figure should appear slightly lower in Canada.
Porsche said the GTS can recharge from 10 to 80 per cent in 21 minutes with a peak charging capacity of 270 kW.
Sport Chrono Package
The GTS gets the Macan’s Sport Chrono Package as standard, which was expanded for the GTS to include track mode, a feature taken from the Taycan. Track mode is said to prep the vehicle for high-performance driving by increasing the level of battery cooling, which minimizes power loss caused by heat build-up.

Vehicle dynamics
Porsche said the GTS has front-rear weight distribution of 48:52 and the lowest centre of gravity among all electric Macans.
The Macan GTS also gets a fast-reacting electronic Porsche Traction Management system and Porsche Torque Vectoring Plus for improved traction and agility.
The air suspension includes level control and Porsche Active Suspension Management. It also has a 10-millimetre lower ride height and unique damper and anti-roll bar tuning.
Rear-axle steering is optional.
Unique visual elements
The GTS has a variety of unique visual elements to separate it from other Macans, including various black-painted details on the front, sides and rear, tinted Matrix LED headlights and new contoured outer edges above the airblades.
In early 2026, Porsche will offer a Sport Design Package that will be available on all Macan models. The GTS will be the first Macan to get it and it will come standard.
Other visual elements on the GTS include redesigned side skirts, tinted rear lights, a pronounced diffuser panel and more.
The GTS rides on 21-inch alloy wheels, finished in Anthacite Grey, and has available 22-inch RS Spyder Design wheels in the same colour.

Interior
The interior gets Race-Tex upholstery with smooth black leather elements, a heated multifunction GT Sports steering wheel, and 18-way adjustable sport seats.
An optional GTS Interior Package allows buyers to co-ordinate the interior and exterior colours. Three colour combinations are available: Carmine Red, Slate Grey Neo or Lugano Blue.
Canadian pricing
The 2026 Macan GTS Electric has a starting Canadian price of $133,522, which includes a manufacturer’s suggest retail price of $122,000, plus various fees, levies and an estimated luxury tax.
Full model details are available on the Porsche website. The configurator is now open.
