Canadians hoping to buy an Audi coupe-like four-door car in 2026 will have fewer choices.

Audi Canada confirmed to this blog that the A7 and S7 liftback sedans are being discontinued following the 2025 model year, while the high-performance RS 7 will continue on into 2026.

Canada is not alone in this as the A7 and S7 are being discontinued in other markets as well, including the United States.

The 2026 Audi RS 7 performance, which is available to order now, has a starting Canadian price of $161,188.

The car is powered by a twin-turbo V8 engine producing 621 hp and 627 lb.-ft. of torque, and, of course, quattro all-wheel drive is standard. Zero to 100 km/h is reported in 3.4 seconds.

The slower though still quite fast 2025 A7 and S7, available in Canada in Sportback bodystyle, have starting Canadian prices of $91,500 and $114,760, respectively. As of this writing (Sept. 3, 2025), they remain available on the Audi Canada website.

The A7 has 335 hp and 369 lb.-ft. of torque, while the S7 has 444 hp and 442 lb.-ft. of torque.

Audi didn’t provide this blog for a reason why the A7 and S7 are being discontinued, but the automaker has recently launched a new and similarly sized A6, which has a body style similar to the A7. Canadian pricing on the 2026 A6 has not been announced as of this writing.
