Just in case a 1,250-hp Cadillac Corvette ZR1X isn’t limited enough, the automaker has created an even more limited package for the high-performance sports car.
Chevrolet announced the Quail Silver Limited Edition package, which will be available on the 2026 Corvette ZR1X convertible, but just on the top-of-the-line 3LZ trim.
“Corvettes are the pride and joy of their owners – this has been true since we first began selling the nameplate more than 70 years ago. They honour its craftmanship and design as much as its engineering excellence,” said Scott Bell, vice president of Global Chevrolet, in a news release. “The ZR1X Quail Silver Limited Edition presents a highly exclusive option for Corvette customers looking for a collectible item.”

The Quail Edition features an exterior colour called Blade Silver Matte.
The colour was inspired by the Inca Silver exterior colour offered on the C1 Corvette from 1957 to 1959. It is also the first matte colour for the Corvette since the 1960s.
Each vehicle with this package will get a “Limited Edition” plaque along the interior waterfall speaker with a limited-edition number.

The package will also introduce a Sky Cool and Medium Ash Gray with Habanero accents interior, which will become available on all 2026 Corvettes.
“The design team is always looking to innovate, and the Blade Silver Matte paint colour marks a significant moment for Corvette as the first factory matte paint in 60 years,” said Phil Zak, executive design director of Global Chevrolet, in the release. “This new finish creates a distinctly high-end feel and offers a rare chance to own a truly unique expression of Corvette.”

The Corvette ZR1X Quail Silver Limited Edition will make its public debut at Monterey Car Week at The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering in Carmel, California on Friday, Aug. 15.
Pricing hasn’t been announced.
