Dodge has announced the details of the four-door version of its Charger Daytona electric car.
The sedan is launching for the 2026 model year, joining the automaker’s lineup that already includes the Charger Daytona coupe.
As of the 2026 model year, both versions will come standard with the Scat Pack trim, which packs 670 hp. The R/T trim, which has 496 hp, is expected to be dropped.
Except for it having twice as many doors, the sedan is said to have virtually all the same content as the two-door version.

“The beauty is in the simplicity,” said Dodge CEO Matt McAlear in a news release. “It’s a real testament to the Dodge design and engineering teams that apart from two additional doors, the Dodge Charger Daytona sedan embodies the same look and feel as the coupe, with the same widebody exterior, driver-centric interior, muscle car performance and standard all-wheel-drive capability, combined with four-door practicality. The 2026 Charger lineup is all about giving our customers the power to choose the muscle car that best fits their lifestyle, with even more choices to come later this year with gas-powered SIXPACK Charger models.”
The automaker said the Charger Daytona Scat Pack can accelerate from zero to 60 mph in 3.3 seconds.
Estimated driving range is 388 kilometres.
The automaker said the car can recharge from 20 to 80 per cent in 24 minutes with Level 3 fast-charging.

The Scat Pack models come standard with selectable and customizable drive modes, standard race options such as Drift/Donut mode, launch control and race-prep options, the Fratzonic Chambered Exhaust simulated exhaust sound, standard PowerShot, which delivers an incremental 40 hp for 10 seconds when activated and much more.
On the tech side, the car comes with a 16-inch gauge cluster and 12.3-inch centre screen with Uconnect featuring wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, Amazon Alexa capability and Performance Pages with EV Pages.
There’s a standard nine-speaker Alpine audio system with a subwoofer, dual-zone automatic temperature control, Keyless GO with push-button and remote start and more.
Canadian market details, such as price and on-sale date, haven’t been announced yet.
Deliveries are expected to begin in the second half of this year. The gas-powered Dodge Charger SIXPACK models are expected to launch sometime in the second half of 2025.
