Jeep has launched a new, limited version of its Wrangler 4xe plug-in hybrid SUV with a suite of comfort and tech features.

The 2025 Jeep Wrangler 4xe Backcountry is limited to 5,800 vehicles across North America and it’s available to order now.

Canadian pricing starts at $76,190 ($73,895 MSRP plus additional fees).

“The Jeep Wrangler embodies the legendary Jeep spirit and the freedom to choose your own path,” said Bob Broderdorf, chief executive officer, Jeep brand, in a news release. “The 2025 Jeep Wrangler 4xe Backcountry is designed for customers who want to head off-road with help from built-in Adventure Guides and a front TrailCam. Then back at camp, enjoy their playlist on the nine-speaker Alpine audio system, power devices with the 4xe-exclusive Jeep Power Box and stay connected with onboard Wi-Fi.”

The Backcountry model is a package available on the Jeep Wrangler 4xe in Sahara trim. It costs $8,900 more than the standard Sahara version.

• Mopar single loop grille guard
• Aggressive 275/55R20 General Grabber A/T tires mounted on unique 20-inch wheel with an exclusive finish
• Unique Backcountry hood, fender, and rear swing gate decals

• Jeep Power Box – plugs into Wrangler 4xe’s charge port, drawing energy from the high-voltage hybrid battery pack; and offers two duplex 120-volt, 15-amp outputs to power small appliances and accessories

• Integrated Adventure Guides
• Built-in off-road trail guides by Trails Offroad – downloaded through Uconnect 5 and displayed on the 12.3-inch screen; offers detailed trail guides for more than 62 Jeep Badge of Honour trails in the US with difficulty ratings, route descriptions and key waypoints; and Premium subscription unlocks more than 3,000 trail guides across North America
