Volvo has updated the XC60 for the 2026 model year. The five-seat SUV is Volvo’s best-selling vehicle.
The refreshed vehicle gets Volvo’s newest infotainment system with a new-look user interface, with several Google built-in services. The updated infotainment system is also twice as fast as the outgoing version.
The infotainment screen has also grown larger, now measuring 11.2 inches, with a pixel density that is 21 per cent greater than before for a clearer picture.

The interior also gets a mix of refreshed interior decors, inlays and new materials, including Quilted Nordico and Navy Herringbone Weave for a more exclusive and contemporary experience, Volvo said.
Interior updates include storage improvements, new cup holders and an improved wireless phone charger and a flexible load compartment.
The XC60 is said to be more comfortable than before, with an even quieter cabin, and there’s an optional air suspension and laminated windows for even greater comfort. The updated XC60 also features an air purification system.

The SUV has an available Bowers & Wilkins audio system.
On the outside, the XC60 gets a new air intake and new wheel options and darker rear lights.
The XC60 is also available in new colours, including a pair of new tones, Forest Lake and Aurora Silver, and Mulberry Red becomes available on the XC60 for the first time.
“With its cutting-edge user experience, modernized Scandinavian design, improved comfort, and even more luxurious interior, the XC60 sets the standard even higher for mid-size SUVs,” said Erik Severinson, chief product and strategy officer at Volvo Cars, in a news release.
“The improvements focus on what we believe matters most to our customers. These upgrades ensure a more enjoyable and exclusive experience, with the car set to get better over time thanks to over-the-air updates.”’

The Volvo XC60 is available in mild hybrid and plug-in hybrid varieties. The mild hybrid model has 247 hp and the plug-in hybrid has 455 hp.
Pricing for the 2026 XC60 wasn’t provided. The 2025 XC60s have starting Canadian prices of $59,039 (MSRP of $55,450 plus fees and levies) for the mild hybrid version and $63,539 (MSRP of $59,950) for the plug-in hybrid model.
