Nissan Canada has announced pricing for its all-new Murano midsize crossover SUV, which will go on sale in early 2025.

The Murano has Canadian starting manufacturer’s suggested retail price of $46,848, which after fees and levies are included comes to $49,636.

The latest Murano features a 2-litre VC-Turbo (variable compression turbo) engine producing 241 hp and 260 lb.-ft. of torque, which is mated to a nine-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters.

All grades feature intelligent all-wheel drive. Towing capacity is 1,500 pounds.

The redesigned Murano is all new on the outside and features a new design on the inside, intended to be more sophisticated than previous models.

Available features include a panoramic moonroof, as well as heated, ventilated and massaging front seats, heated rear seats and 64-colour ambient lighting inside the cabin.

Other available features include Google Built-in with up-to-date Google Maps and other apps available on the vehicle’s 12.3-inch centre touchscreen, along with a 10-speaker Bose sound system.

Nissan Safety Shield 360 is standard across the model range, plus there’s a host of available safety and driver-assistance tech, including Invisible Hood View, which allows the driver to see what’s in front of the engine bay on the centre screen, as well as an HD Enhanced Intelligent 3D Around View Monitor, which offers eight visual points around the vehicle, for parking and maneuvering around tight spots.

The base SV model features ProPilot Assist, which combines intelligent cruise control with steering assist for assisted highway driving, while the SL and Platinum models feature ProPilot Assist 1.1, which adds navigation data to proactively adjust speed ahead of curves, based on the vehicle’s planned route.

Canadian pricing is as follows:

  • Murano SL – $53,286 (MSRP of $50,498)
