The Chrysler Grand Caravan is getting less expensive for 2025, coming in about $3,000 cheaper than the 2024 model. That’s even after the minivan gains a number of new creature comfort features.
“The 2025 Chrysler Grand Caravan offers customers a well-equipped, budget-conscious minivan and reinforces our brand’s commitment to delivering choices in the segment Stellantis created more than 40 years ago and continues to lead,” said Chris Feuell, Chrysler brand CEO at Stellantis, in the news release. “We’ve added many comfort, technology-focused and safety features as standard equipment on Chrysler Grand Caravan, including standard Stow ‘n Go seating, making the Grand Caravan an attractive, value-packed option within the Chrysler family of minivans.”
The Grand Caravan is similar to the Pacifica minivan, but at a lower price point. While the Pacifica is available with various trims, as well as a plug-in hybrid, the Grand Caravan has just one trim level, and has a lower price than the Pacifica.
The 2025 Grand Caravan is priced at $49,995 (MSRP of $47,700 plus fees and levies). Tax is extra. The 2024 model costs a little more than $53,000.
The 2025 Grand Caravan now features a 10.1-inch Uconnect 5 touchscreen with the ability to connect to two phones simultaneously via Bluetooth and featuring Amazon Alexa voice controls and more.
Other new features for 2025 include:
- Seven-inch digital cluster display
- Super Console with covered and second-row accessible storage
- Black Caprice leatherette seats trimmed in Light Diesel stitching
- Blind-spot monitoring with rear cross path detection
- Rear park assist
- Adaptive cruise control
- Driver seat memory
- Three-zone auto HVAC controls
- Passenger four-way manual seats
- Second-row sunshades
The minivan also gets a 10-year Safety & Security trial and three-month trials of Chrysler Connect, Connected Traffic and Travel Services.
The Grand Caravan rides on 17-inch aluminum wheels, features automatic headlamps and fog lamps and an acoustic windshield. It’s powered by a 3.6-litre Pentastar V6 engine with 287 hp and 262 lb.-ft. of torque, mated to a nine-speed automatic transmission.
The 2025 Grand Caravan is now open for orders, with vehicles expected to arrive at Canadian dealerships in the fourth quarter of 2024.
