Alfa Romeo is bringing down the number of trims available in three of its vehicles available in Canada in 2025, bringing each one to a single model.

The Tonale, Stelvio and Giulia vehicles are each losing the Sprint, Ti and Veloce trims, which are being replaced by a core model.

But that doesn’t mean customers will be without options. Instead of choosing a vehicle trim, customers will choose from a number of available packages to option their ride.

Tonale

The Alfa Romeo Tonale SUV is available as a gasoline-only model or a plug-in hybrid. The non-hybrid model is powered by a 2-litre turbocharged engine with 268 hp and 295 lb.-ft. of torque, while the PHEV model gets 286 hp and 347 lb.-ft. of torque with up to 53 kilometres of electric driving range.

The Tonale will be available with a single trim, but have the Veloce, Active Assist and Premium packages and additional options to choose from.

New for 2025 is the availability of the limited-production Tributo Italiano special edition on PHEV models. This special edition features body-colour-painted kit, 20-inch Grigio wheels, red Brembo calipers, dual chrome exhaust, gloss black daylight opening, hands-free power liftgate, aluminum door sills, black-painted roof, driver seat memory, Harman Kardon audio system, perforated leather seats with red accents and the availability of an Active Assist Package and moonroof.

Stelvio

The Alfa Romeo Stelvio midsize SUV, like the model above, is going down to a core trim, but will have various packages for customers to choose from, including Veloce, Active Assist and Premium Interior and Sound packages, as well as other options.

The Stelvio is powered by a 2-litre turbocharged engine with 280 hp and 306 lb.-ft. of torque.

New for 2025 is the Verde Fangio Metallic paint as well as a limited-edition Tribuno Italiano special edition.

On this model, the Tibruno Italiano special edition features 21-inch dark aluminum wheels, red calipers, body-colour appearance kit, sport rear diffuser, Tributo mirror caps, sunroof, gloss black roof rails and mouldings, hands-free power liftgate, Harman Kardon audio system and leather dash, doors and sport seats, which include power bolsters, eight-way power passenger seat, sport suspension, and the Active Assist Plus Package that includes Thatcham security, Intelligent Speed Assist, Driver Attention Alert, Lane Keep Assist, Traffic Sign Recognition and Active Driving Assist.

Giulia

The Alfa Romeo Giulia sedan also goes down to a single core version, while the Veloce, Active Assist and Premium Interior and Sound packages as well as other options will be available.

New for 2025 is the limited-production Tributo Italiano special edition and the Verde Fangio Metallic paint.

On the Giulia, the Tributo Italiano edition includes 19-inch dark aluminum wheels with red calipers, Veloce rear fascia, sport rear diffuser, dark scudetto grille, Tributo mirror caps, available sunroof and gloss black mouldings, Harman Kardon audio system, aluminum shift paddles, leather dash and doors and leather seats with driver seat memory, power bolsters, a limited slip differential and active suspension, and the Driving Assist Package that includes Thatcham security, Intelligent Speed Assist and Active Driving Assist.

The Giulia is powered by a 2-litre turbocharged engine with 280 hp and 306 lb.-ft. of torque.

With a variety of options available in each of the models mentioned above, customers will have the choice of things such as wheel sizes, upgraded audio systems, sunroof/moonroof, interior trim and more.
