The people at Honda released a video showing off the off-road capabilities of the upcoming Passport TrailSport.

“From the red rocks of Moab to the sandy dunes of western Michigan to the muddy trails of Appalachia, Honda engineers are putting the next-generation Honda Passport TrailSport through the very highest level of testing validation on challenging trails all over North America,” a news release from the automaker said.

The 2026 Passport and Passport TrailSport are expected to be revealed this fall. They’re expected to be available at dealerships in early 2025.

The Passport TrailSport model will feature a new, more powerful 3.5-litre V6 engine, a high-strength 10-speed automatic, and what Honda calls a best-in-class torque vectoring i-VTM4 all-wheel-drive system. Honda calls the upcoming Passport TrailSport its most adventure-ready and capable SUV ever.
