Shortly after launching a pair of special-edition Hemi-powered Dodge Durango SUVs, the automaker has one-upped itself.
The automaker unveiled the 2025 Dodge Durango SRT Hellcat Hammerhead special-edition model.
This one is powered by a supercharged 6.2-litre Hemi V8 engine producing 710 hp.
Back in August, Dodge unveiled the Durango SRT Hellcat Silver Bullet and Durango R/T 20th Anniversary models, also powered by Hemi engines.
The Hammerhead model gets its name from the Hammerhead Grey leather interior, which includes Hammerhead Grey Laguna leather seats. On the exterior, the vehicle gets a deep, dark blue Night Moves colour.
Dodge says the Hammerhead will accelerate from standstill to 60 mph in 3.5 seconds and cover the quarter-mile in 11.5 seconds. The maximum speed is 290 km/h (180 mph). Keep in mind this is a three-row SUV so you can take your family and a few friends to the drag strip.
“The new Dodge Durango SRT Hellcat Hammerhead continues the celebration of a potent combination: the legendary Hemi engine and the Dodge brand’s three-row performance SUV,” said Matt McAlear, Dodge brand CEO, in a news release. “Dodge is America’s performance brand, and we plan to continue to celebrate that legacy at every turn.”

Unique features to the Hammerhead include:
- Sepia SRT Hellcat logo embroidered on seatbacks
- 20-by-10-inch Satin Carbon wheels
- Satin Black painted hood
- Bright exhaust tips
- Black six-piston Brembo brake system
- Premium wrapped instrument panel
- Forged carbon-fibre with light black chrome interior accents
- Leather and suede steering wheel featuring silver/sepia stitching
- Dual silver/sepia accent stitching throughout the interior
- Suede headliner
Drivers can choose from seven drive modes, those being: Auto, Sport, Track, Snow, Tow, Eco and Valet, while configurable drive modes give drivers even more control. Race Options allow drivers to activate, deactivate and adjust the rpm values for launch control and shift light features, and the standard SRT Performance Pages provide information such as timers, g-force, gauges, engine and dyno readouts.
The 2025 Dodge Durango SRT Hellcat Hammerhead price starts at $155,030 ($152,135 Canadian MSRP plus additional fees). It will be available in a limited-production run.
