Dodge is celebrating 20 years of Durango production with special, limited-edition Hemi-powered models for the 2025 model years.

The two special models are the Durango SRT Hellcat Silver Bullet and Dodge Durango R/T 20th Anniversary. The Hellcat gets a 6.2-litre powerplant, while the R/T gets a 5.7-litre version.

“The Hemi engine has fueled the Dodge Durango for 20 years, and the supercharged 6.2-litre Hellcat V8 HEMI engine option transforms the Durango into the most powerful SUV ever,” said Matt McAlear, Dodge brand CEO – Stellantis, in a news release. “The Dodge Durango and the Hemi engine form a powerful pair, and with this announcement, Dodge continues to deliver Hemi power to enthusiasts and families alike.”

Essentially, what this means is that you can get three-row family movers that can shred asphalt. In the Hellcat variant, the SUV can accelerate from zero to 60 mph in 3.5 seconds, cover the quarter-mile in an estimated 11.5 seconds and has a top speed of 290 km/h (180 mph), Dodge says.

SRT Hellcat Silver Bullet

Unique content on the SRT Hellcat Silver Bullet model includes:

• Satin Black painted hood, featured for the first time on a Durango
• Grey metallic SRT Hellcat badging
• Satin Black Dodge taillamp badge
• SRT black exhaust tips
• Red six-piston Brembo brake system

The SRT Hellcat Silver Bullet is available in Triple Nickel exterior colour.

Its Canadian starting price is $155,130 ($152,235 MSRP plus additional fees).

R/T 20th Anniversary

The R/T 20th Anniversary is equipped with the following:

• Black Hemi hood graphic

• “345” fender badging with Brass Monkey accents
• 20-inch by 10-inch Y-spoke forged lightweight Brass Monkey wheels
• SRT seats featuring distinctive Tupelo bronze-like stitching accents and “345” embroidered on seatbacks
• Black exterior badging
• Tow N Go package adding performance-tuned steering, adaptive damping suspension, Brembo brakes, active exhaust and 3,946 kilograms (8,700 pounds) of towing capacity
• Black six-piston Brembo brake system
• Premium wrapped instrument panel and forged carbon fibre interior accents
• Second-row captain’s chairs

The R/T 20th Anniversary is available in four exterior colours — Diamond Black, White Knuckle, Destroyer Grey, and Vapor Grey — and in two trim options.

Pricing starts at $83,580 ($81,285 Canadian MSRP plus additional fees), while the R/T 20th Anniversary Plus option starts at $87,580 ($85,285 Canadian MSRP plus additional fees).
