Honda announced development of the next-generation Passport TrailSport is currently underway, with the 2026 model expected to arrive in early 2025.

The TrailSport model builds on the midsize Passport SUV and adds some hardware to make a more off-road capable vehicle.

The all-new Passport TrailSport will be Honda’s most adventure ready and capable SUV yet, the automaker added.

“Signaling a new appetite for big adventures, the teaser previews Passport’s unique front fascia with ‘PASSPORT’ boldly embossed across the fascia under the upper grille, and new TrailSport-exclusive signature amber daytime running lights,” the automaker said in a news release.

The teaser was scant on details so expect further updates in the coming months, including details of the non-TrailSport models of the Passport.
