Reynolds Museum’s Ultimate Car Show to feature hundreds of cars

The 2024 event happens July 13 at the Wetaskiwin, Alta. museum dedicated to agricultural, industrial and transportation history.

The Ultimate Car Show is returning to the Reynolds Museum where visitors can expect to see hundreds of cars ranging in vintage from the early 1900s to today.

This year’s event happens Saturday, July 13. Admission to the event is included in the museum admission for that day.

The 2023 event attracted 650 cars ranging from 1914 to 2023 makes, and the event welcomes all makes and models and in all conditions, from show ready to daily driver to project car, organizers say.

The Wetaskiwin, Alta. museum is dedicated to agricultural, industrial and transportation history.

The museum will bring out about 20 cars from its warehouse for the event, including a 1903 Rambler E Runabout, a 1909 Tudhope Model 109 Delivery Wagon, a 1910 Everitt Model 30 and a 1911 Ford Model T.

On the day of the car show, visitors will receive access to the museum, including to the museum’s Driving Thru the ’70s exhibit, as well as to the grounds where the event will present a lineup of hundreds of cars.

There will also be live music, food trucks, a vendor village and the museum restaurant will be open.

Museum admission costs $15 for adults, $11 for seniors, $9 for youth ages seven to 17, or $40 for families. Registered vehicles do not pay a registration free and receive free admission to the museum on the day of the event. Museum hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., with the display ending at 4 p.m.
