
The all-new internal combustion engine version of the Chevrolet Equinox, updated for the 2025 model year, has been priced for the Canadian market, with the base model starting at $32,599, not including fees and taxes.
The 2025 Equinox is available in three trims, including a front-wheel-drive or all-wheel-drive variant of the base model.
Pricing is as follows:
- LT FWD starting at $32,599 (all-in starting at $35,470)
- LT AWD starting at $34,899 (all-in starting at $37,770)
- ACTIV AWD starting at $39,699 (all-in starting at $42,570)
- RS AWD starting at $39,699 (all-in starting at $42,570)
The all-in price includes fees and levies, but taxes are extra.
The new Equinox has bolder styling than the outgoing model and the vehicle is more spacious. There’s also a standard 11-inch driver information centre and an 11.3-inch infotainment screen. The SUV also has a new electronic transmission range selector on the steering column.
Here are highlights of the ACTIV trim:
- ACTIV embroidered on driver and passenger seat headrests
- Rugged front fascia with vertical grille inserts
- Blacked-out badging
- 17-inch machined-faced aluminum wheels
- Maple Sugar and Black interior theme, with premium Evotex and sueded microfibre seating surfaces
- Standard heated steering wheel and heated front seats, with available ventilated front seats and rear heated outboard seats, and memory driver seat personalization for ACTIV and RS
- For Canada, all-wheel drive is standard for ACTIV
Here are highlights of the RS trim:
- Debossed “RS” on the headrests in the front row
- High gloss finish on the grille and lower fascia
- Heated, flat-bottom steering wheel
- Standard 19-inch Carbon Flash machined aluminum wheels
- Black emblems and mirror caps with an available black two-tone roof
- Distinctive Torch Red and Santorini Blue stitching on the Evotex seats
- For Canada, AWD is standard for RS
The Equinox is Chevrolet Canada’s most popular SUV and second-best-selling vehicle.
Chevrolet has started dealer ordering with deliveries expected to customers later this year.
