The Formula 1 Exhibition is making its North American debut in Toronto.

The event is set to open May 3 at Lighthouse ArtSpace Toronto, 1 Yonge St., and will continue until early summer.

The event will feature contributions from Formula 1’s most legendary teams and personalities, including iconic Formula 1 race cars from different eras and never-seen-before artifacts and videos.

There will also be state-of-the-art simulators with official Formula 1 gaming equipment for people to try.

The exhibition launched in Spain in 2023 and became highly popular. It later travelled to Austria.

The Toronto exhibit spans 20,000 square feet across six rooms. It is presented by TSN, the exclusive F1 television broadcast partner in Canada.

“We are thrilled to confirm that Toronto will host the North American debut of the Formula 1 Exhibition,” exhibit producer Jonathan Linden said in a news release. “Canada has a huge history in the sport, from a host of world-class drivers to an iconic Grand Prix. Toronto is home to a plethora of sports, entertainment, and culture so it’s in an ideal position to be the first in North America to welcome Formula 1 fans to this one-of-a-kind show.”

The Canadian 2024 Canadian Grand Prix will happen in Montreal on June 9.
