
BMW Group Canada has a public campaign going to determine whether Canadians would want the M5 Touring here.
The campaign was launched in March.
The M5 is the sporty version of BMW’s 5 Series car, and the Touring model is the station wagon variant.
“We’ve received questions from our customers and seen the discussions about the M5 Touring online and wanted to create a platform to gather consumer sentiment and feedback. We’re encouraging Canadians to visit the Leave Your Mark campaign page and share whether they think BMW Canada should bring the vehicle to the Canadian market,” said Jonathan Thomson, director of brand management at BMW Group Canada, in a news release.
BMW Canada has a Leave Your Mark web page in which Canadians can offer feedback and share their support for bringing the vehicle to Canada.
The automaker points out the M5 has been available for nearly 40 years and the sedan model has long been successful in Canada; however, the Touring version has never been available here.
