Premium audio is a high priority for clients of the luxury SUV segment, says Infiniti, and the upcoming QX80 will deliver on that note.
The 2025 Infiniti QX80 will feature 24 Klipsch speakers.
The Klipsch Reference Premiere Audio System will include titanium tweeters, a high-performance eight-inch TriPower subwoofer and a 24-channel amplifier for a highly accurate, powerful listening experience, the company says.
Klipsch audio experts worked with Infiniti engineers to integrate the audio system into the vehicle. Infiniti says this relationship helped develop other innovative audio technologies in the QX80, the details which will be shared in coming months.
“The all-new QX80 is poised to elevate Infiniti’s flagship with evolved design language, exceptional craftsmanship and cutting-edge technology that will make it the new standard in the luxury SUV space,” said Craig Keeys, group vice president, Infiniti Americas, in a Jan. 8 news release. “As we embark on an Infiniti product renaissance, we can’t wait to share all the ways QX80 will deliver extraordinary comfort and convenience for all three rows.”

The company says the new QX80 will come with a number of innovative features; the Klipsch audio system is just one of them. More details on new technologies will be announced in the future.
Infiniti previewed the upcoming QX80 with the QX Monograph concept that was shown at the 2023 Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance (pictured at top). You can expect to see pictures of the production QX80 in the coming months.
The 2025 QX80 is expected to debut later in 2024.
